Transcribing and digitizing hand-written letters and notes for the Smithsonian archives. Projects include transcription of comedian Phyllis Diller's Gag File and Harvard's turn of the century women-led Project Phaedra.

Museum docent tasked with guiding patrons through rotating exhibits that showcase Oakland’s ecology and history.
Part of the creative team tasked with designing and executing an eco-themed seasonal tree concept for the Healthy West Orange Arts and Heritage Center of Oakland. Tree designs incorporate elements of ONP's natural fauna and history, in an effort to raise funds for the preserve and educate Heritage Center guests. ONP has been awarded for excellence in past Trees of the Season competitions.
Member of the 2011 preservation team led by Valencia's archaeology department tasked with cataloging grave inscriptions at the historical Oakland Cemetery. Preservation included sketching grave markers and etching over engravings to preserve Civil War-era inscriptions.
